The application is designed to save form submissions in a configured SQL Server database so Groundcrew can evaluate the request and contact you. Hosting providers and application logs may process technical data needed to operate the site. No payment details are requested or processed.

Information is intended for responding to inquiries, planning volunteer participation, evaluating property and partnership opportunities, and following up on the interests you submit. It should not be publicly displayed without appropriate authorization.
Retention and access
The operator must establish specific retention, access-control, security, and deletion processes before launch. Database and hosting access should be limited to authorized personnel. The site does not promise an automated data deletion or export service.
