Some stories deserve roots.
The Dream of Wildwood Farm begins with a simple thought: the people, animals, places, and moments that shape our lives deserve meaningful ways to be remembered.
Imagine planting a tree for someone you miss. Or for someone you admire. Imagine visiting that tree as the years pass, watching something living grow from a moment of love or gratitude.
Now imagine an entire farm dedicated to that purpose—a place to grow trees, give them care, tell the stories behind them, and welcome a community of people who want to leave something good behind.
This is what we're working toward through PlantsaTree, presented by Groundcrew. It is not yet an operating tree farm. We are seeking the land and support that can make the vision possible.
Built with hands, heart, and time.
The farm-inspired photographs reveal the experience we hope to create: early light among evergreens, boots in the soil, a sapling tended by hand, a quiet bench, and someone returning to a tree that means something to them.
The images offer the atmosphere and direction of the project; they should not be understood as evidence of land already owned, existing memorials, or operating facilities.
What happens first?
We build a circle of founding supporters. We look for feasible land. We work through costs, access, permissions, ecology, and maintenance. Only then can we responsibly promise memorial planting opportunities.
